The First Round, Eliminating Round, is now OVER!!! And, boy, are we ever getting a bunch of flack for our innocent little contest!!!! Well, at least Brunch Bird and Bee Log GET IT!!! And that’s why we loves them. Because they GET IT and because they are CLASSY. Also, as an administrative note, it seems that our Editorial Assistant made a bit of a mistake. Bee Log was meant to be nominated as a BEST DC Blog but made it on to the WORST contest. The Editorial Assistant apologizes from the bottom of her heart, and we’ll make sure to put you in a future BEST contest.

Hi, it’s your BEST DC Blog Moderator here. You have brought up an excellent and frequently made point.
According to the BEST DC Blog contest Rules, By-laws, and Regulations, there IS a provision for bringing back a previously eliminated blog. In order to bring back a previously eliminated blog, eight (8) commenters with different names must each nominate that blog to be brought back. So if you wish to put Dealing with Subterfusion or any other blog back on the list, you must come up with the support as detailed above.
I hope this answers your questions!
