Hey, kiddos, it’s your BEST DC Blog Moderator here! According to our much-published Rules, Bylaws, & Regulations, the same commenter can make multiple nominations during the Nominating Round, up to a sum total of five (5) maximum nominations. During the Elimination Rounds, however, an individual commenter can only nominate a blog for elimination once using their commenter name. They can always change their commenter name, however.
