VK’s Empire of Dirt is, without a doubt, the worst. Consider the below text from his most recent post. Can anyone make heads or tails of this? I think it has something to do with music.
“As these things usually go indie kids love Bright Eyes with the perfect complicated lyrics of 200o’s “Fevers and Mirrors“, the critics catch the sent with 2002 “Lifted the Story is in the Soil” a catchy folk rock album and by the time the top ten debut of 2005’s “I‘m Wide Awake, It’s morning” and it’s Postal Service like twin CD “Digital Ash in a Digital Urn” is released, Bright Eyes has gone mainstream. With critical comparisons such as this generations Bob Dylan and video’s on mtv 2, Conor and company have made it. And once again as these things go in indie rock circles, everyone hates on Bright Eyes now that their no longer their favorite indie band you knew back when.”

What the hell was that mess? I think I get what he’s trying to say, but he could have made his point much more succinctly.
“Indie bands are cool. Cool indie bands get discovered. Indie bands then make mainstream albums. Fans from the old days lose interest. Some examples are…”
He has a point. That’s the way I feel about Dave Matthews.
His blog is nothing but a string of grammatical errors interspersed with inane streams of consciousness about bull shit no one cares about.
It’s so fucking bad I almost feel sorry for the son of a bitch. Almost.
